We are a locally owned and run family business intent on delivering a prompt and friendly service every time. All of our firewood is sourced from sustainable environments to ensure we are also looking after our forests.
Our aim is to provide you with the very best aged firewood for all your burning needs. To ensure we meet all demands, we have specialty cut firewood for cooking, combustible wood burners and open fireplaces. We also sell bagged firewood and bagged kindling, standard split firewood, and double split wood as loose loads. Our products can be picked up from our drive thru depot or delivered to your door.
You can be sure that you are getting exactly what you pay for because we use trade approved scales to measure the weight of your firewood. Our products come in a range of weights to cater for our customers’ needs. These range from 10 kg bagged kindling and 15 kg bagged firewood, all the way up to 1 tonne amounts.
We also service both residential and commercial customers, and offer our double split firewood for smaller fireplaces, pot-bellies, old Victorian fireplaces and for conventional wood oven cooking.
Sustainability
We take sustainability very seriously at Royale Firewood - all of our wood comes from sustainably sourced environments to help protect our planet. It is harvested from managed forests, plantations and private properties under the instruction of the government. All plans and guidelines are used with legal permits and licences. We strongly believe in the replantation and reproduction of our forests. This is why we always make sure to do what we can to help achieve these important goals.
The low moisture levels in our firewood means that it is a clean burning fuel. This in turn causes less harm to our ozone layer.
How It Works
From the moment you drive into our depot, our friendly staff will come to your vehicle to assist you with your order. Once payment is made (which can be done directly from your vehicle), you will be directed to drive to the product that was ordered. Each cage is labelled with the product type and weight, and also contains detailed dockets of the date and time processed for your convenience. Once you arrive at your purchased product, you may exit your vehicle and begin to stack your wood. One of our friendly staff may also be available to assist you in this process.
For larger purchases of 500 kg or more, we can tip cages of wood directly into your trailer or truck if it is safe to do so. This will be done after performing a risk assessment on your vehicle to determine if it will be overloaded, or if it can withstand the drop force of the wood landing from the cage(s).
When all loaded up and your products are safely secured, you can then exit our depot with the peace of mind of having made the right choice of purchase from Royale Firewood.
