- Shipping prices vary depending on your location. Delivery Prices will automatically be calculated based on your delivery address details submitted when purchasing from our www.royalefirewood.com.au
- Royale Firewood accepts all major credit cards.
- All orders placed will be delivered as quickly as possible after receiving payment, except where details have been added for specific times and/or dates.
- Royale Firewood strive to achieve a prompt and safe delivery service however, we will not be held accountable for late deliveries caused from issues that may arise that are out of our control.
- All delivery times are estimations only and can vary depending on time of despatch, working days, weekends etc.
- Please note, when entering address details for shipping to make sure correct details are attached. Royale Firewood will not be held accountable for shipping to wrong addresses provided by purchaser.
Returns Policy
- All items purchased are final, except where the item purchased deems to be faulty.
- All items have been visually inspected before Despatch, if your ordered item is faulty or incorrect, you will need to email us info@royalefirewood.com.au with information detailing the reason for return.
- All packaging must be intact and in the same condition as received.
- Royale Firewood will inspect, and if product is faulty we will happily reimburse the full amount paid for product or exchange product for another item up to the same amount spent on the faulty/incorrect item, excluding all shipping charges.
- No item may be exchanged or will be accepted for returns based on the buyer’s change of mind.
- Any item/products deemed to be used, tampered or damaged in any way by the customer, you will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
- All items/products thought to be damaged or incorrect or arrival must be notified to our information line info@royalefirewood.com.au
